Processing times vary by payment method. php22 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe indicated at the point of request. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or pending verification are outside php22's direct control.

Any deposit that is subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed through a payment provider will result in the equivalent amount being deducted from your php22 account balance. Any winnings generated from a reversed deposit may be voided pending investigation.

php22 offers promotions and bonuses from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the conditions attached to it.

• Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable requirement will be stated in the promotion details.

• Bets are final once confirmed. php22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, php22 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. Placing bets that exceed the stated limits may result in the excess portion being voided.

• For sports betting, results are determined based on the official result at the conclusion of the event, unless specific rules for that event type state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php22 platform:

Where prohibited conduct is identified, php22 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any open bets, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

php22 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• The account holder requests voluntary closure or self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account is found to be in violation of these Terms.
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected that requires investigation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in line with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the original payment method following completion of any required investigation, at php22's discretion. We will communicate the reason for any account action via the registered email address wherever possible.
